Taiki Japanese Seafood Restaurant @ Lane Cove, NSW

I’ve never stopped indulging myself with lots of good food since I arrived in Sydney.. 2.5 months more before my wedding here. So I guess it’s alright for me to pamper myself for a little while right now.. Hehe!

Dar and I went to Taiki Japanese Seafood Restaurant at Lane Cover (about 5 mins drive from our place) last Friday for dinner.. Initially I wanted to go for Kenta but since it’s quite far from our place, hence Dar suggested Taiki instead.

The restaurant was full house when we arrived and we need not wait for too long to get a seat actually.. Say 5 mins?

We ordered a pot of Japanese Green Tea for two..

$3.00 per head

Then I proceeded to make my order. 1 entree and 1 main.

1 entree: California Roll. Tasted normal..

California Roll @ $2.50

1 main: Tori Teriyaki (chicken) with plain steamed rice ( order differently). Not enough of Teriyaki Sauce. Unpleasant chicken fats. But very huge portion!

Tori Teriyaki @ $18.80 with Plain Steamed Rice @ $2.00

As for Dar, he had E-Sake Sashimi as his entree.

E-Sake Sashimi @ $15.80

His main was Tempura Udon. A good choice! I tasted a lil and it’s so nice!!!!

I don’t think I will want to go back there anytime soon..
